An operations system for a care service — from a new order to a verified result.
We added an internal control centre and a mobile worker workspace to the existing customer service, connecting orders, assignment, field work, photo review and payouts.

The customer service already accepted orders, but office and field teams needed one operating workflow
Managers needed to assign workers, protect deadlines, review proof and close the financial loop. Workers needed tasks, addresses, routes and a simple way to submit proof from a phone. Every hand-off risked losing context.
We built an operations centre and a mobile PWA for field work
The operations system works with the existing service data: it organises orders, assignments, statuses, audit history, photo quality control and payouts. Workers complete their route in a focused mobile workspace.

04 · Business outcome
Office and field teams work in one process instead of reconstructing order status manually
Every order has an owner, next action, deadline and proof. Managers control service delivery from the operations centre while field workers see only what they need for the current visit.

The operations system works with orders from the existing customer service.
Two focused workspaces
Office teams get full control; workers get a simple mobile route.
Full operating loop
From assignment to photo review, finance, permissions and audit history.
